- Learn to meditate. Research has verified the ancient practice of stilling the mind. There are apps you can start with, classes and lots of content on line. Developing a mindful practice to transcend limited thinking and toxic thoughts is a powerful and healthy way to deflate stress.
- If you are feeling lonely and blue instead of waiting for contact – create it. Scroll through your phone book and reconnect with past acquaintances. - Last but not least exercise. A gentle walk outdoor is healing and balancing to your wellbeing.
