Easy, Nutrition Packed Smoothie Recipe

Use raw fruits, greens and water. 
Simple Green Smoothie recipe 
1 Apple
1 Pear
2 Bananas
3-4 leaves of greens
16 oz of water and mix in a blender.  Consumed daily, it will help to lose weight and promote health and well being.
Note: add maca, royal jelly or other nutrition boosts as desired. 

Variation:
use kale leaves 2-4 (rib removed)
1 peach
1 banana
protein powder 1/2 scoop
Water, can use 8 or 16 ounces and can be 1/2 water, and half non-dairy milk
Organic produce and filtered water preferred.
Blend and enjoy!
