A bit about me.

My interests in the healing arts has been with me most of my life. I have studied a number of modalities including herbalism, Jin Shin Do, Reiki 2, Reflexology, Shamanism, Homeopathy, meditation, breathwork, crystals, flower essences and others.

I am a graduate of the professional classical homeopathy training program provided by the Teleosis School of Homeopathy, graduated in 2001. I have practiced as a classical homeopath over 20 years. The spiritual centered services I offer are an outgrowth of my spiritual work and focus of now 40+ years. And yes, I am joyfully an elder now!

My services focus on the whole person. Body, mind, spirit and soul. I look forward to being of service and empowerment for you in your own journey to wellness.
