The power of good clean food cannot be underestimated. It is worth it for your health’s sake to eat organic when possible. The following list is thanks to the Environmental Working Group.
Following are a few additional tips for healthier foods in your diet:
- If you can grow any of your own food, that is a huge help.
- Shop at farmer’s markets.
- Meet farmer’s when possible.
- Shop local.
